1. Description of Services

Keedo provides a financial management platform designed to help schools manage fee collection, track payments, and facilitate communication with families. Our Services include: invoice generation, payment processing, receipt management, and various administrative tools. Keedo Pay acts as a payment intermediary between schools and parents and does not directly hold funds, unless otherwise indicated.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities performed under your account. You must notify us immediately in case of unauthorized access or fraudulent use. Keedo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in case of abusive use or violation of these Terms. Schools and administrators use the Services via the Keedo web dashboard, while parents and students access the Keedo Pay mobile application; all are subject to these Terms.

3. Payment Terms

Payments processed through Keedo Services are facilitated by authorized third-party providers (e.g., mobile money solutions, payment gateways, bank cards). You agree to comply with the terms and conditions specific to these providers. Keedo does not charge any additional amounts without your prior consent and does not store complete bank card data. Payments made are considered final once confirmed by the payment provider.

4. Currency and Payments

Amounts displayed on the Keedo platform may be expressed in CFA Franc (XOF) or other currencies depending on the user's or institution's location. Payments are processed in accordance with the regulations of the Central Bank of West African States (BCEAO). Conversion rates and any applicable fees are communicated before any transaction.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, text, graphics, interfaces, and functionality of Keedo Services are the exclusive property of Keedo and are protected by national and international intellectual property laws. No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

Keedo strives to provide a reliable and secure service; however, we do not guarantee the absence of interruptions, errors, or data loss. To the extent permitted by law, Keedo shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services. Schools remain responsible for the accuracy of invoices issued and the quality of associated educational services. Keedo is committed to promptly correcting any reported technical incidents.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Keedo, its officers, employees, partners, and subcontractors against any claim, loss, damage, or expense arising from your use of the Services, any violation of these Terms, or any infringement of the rights of a third party.

8. Modifications to Service and Terms

Keedo may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, particularly for technical, legal, or security reasons. New versions of these Terms will be published on the website and in the application and will take effect upon posting. By continuing to use the Services, you accept the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Senegal. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these Terms falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dakar (Senegal).
